Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and may change if the project scope, deadline, deliverables, integrations, content requirements, or technical complexity changes.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include third-party fees such as hosting, domain names, premium fonts, stock assets, software subscriptions, payment gateway charges, or third-party platform costs.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are provided before work begins. Some projects may require full payment upfront, while larger projects may require a deposit, milestone payment, or balance before final delivery.

Payments may be processed through trusted third-party payment providers such as Paystack and Stripe. Creovix Hub does not store customers' card details.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates based on project scope, client responsiveness, revision rounds, technical dependencies, and third-party platform availability.

Creovix Hub will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but delays may occur if project information, content, approvals, access credentials, or feedback are not provided on time.

Revisions

Revision rounds are intended to refine approved directions, not to introduce an entirely new scope after work has begun.

The number of included revisions depends on the selected package or written agreement. Additional revisions, redesigns, or scope changes may require additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, brand details, content, images, access credentials, approvals, feedback, and any legally required permissions for materials supplied to Creovix Hub.

Clients must ensure that provided content does not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or contain harmful, misleading, or unlawful material.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final approved custom deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received.

Creovix Hub may retain ownership of unused concepts, preliminary drafts, internal processes, templates, code libraries, reusable components, design methods, and know-how not specifically sold as final deliverables.

Third-party assets, fonts, plugins, libraries, platforms, and software remain subject to their own license terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creovix Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or services.

Our total liability for a paid project will not exceed the amount paid to Creovix Hub for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project if the other party materially breaches agreed terms and does not resolve the issue within a reasonable time after notice.

If a client cancels or abandons a project after work has started, fees may be retained for completed work, time spent, reserved capacity, third-party costs, and administrative processing.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled through the appropriate courts or dispute-resolution channels in Kenya.
